You be better going to Lexington to get your food. 75% of the time they dont have chicken made and it takes them over half an hour to make more. Ive had several instances where I have had to wait for at least 45 min. It is absolutely ridiculous. Worst kfc ive ever been to.

The store closes at 10:30. Placed an order at 8:30 that contained drumsticks. The order I received didn’t even have the correct total number of pieces, but also no legs. Pulling back around I was informed they don’t have any legs and they weren’t going to drop any. We paid extra for legs. I was told they would have to call their GM to see if they could drop more legs. I have been on the outs of KFC for a long time but this will be the last time. Edit: they told me it would be 18 minutes on chicken. In that time 3 other cars parked with no food. It’s been 30 minutes since that 18 minute mark. They brought one order out to another car and they went back through the drive thru and got parked again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Terrible wait time. No order. Chaos. People move around aimlessly looking for nothing but work to do. Stood at the register for 15 minutes to place an order with 4 people inside doing nothing but walk around. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
