This is the best coffee shop in Inverness. The owner is passionate about coffee and that shows in the way he even handles it. I also had some Barista Training there today in the Academy, mainly for my own coffee making at home. I thought what I was doing was ok until getting trained by Dimitri. I really appreciated the attention to detail and explanation into why we do things in a certain way and what happens if we don’t. I took loads of notes and learned such a lot. I’m sure I will make better coffee at home now with my machine. Thank you Dimitri, I really enjoyed my time there. I would highly recommend training there if your passionate about coffee. Myself and 11 of my colleagues attended barista training classes at Kali coffee (the coffee training academy) with Dimitri last week. We had a really great experience and would highly recommend it for a team day out! Dimitri is so knowledgeable and we learnt so much whilst also keeping it fun and a little competitive at times! We are all feeling very inspired and know how to appreciate a great coffee following our class! Thank you again to Dimitri for being so kind, helpful and patient and for providing such a great day for us all! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
