I cannot rave enough about this place! The owner, a young man with skill and ambition, was an excellent host. My partner and I were on our honeymoon and he and his mom took such great care of us. We even learned how to prepare Scarlet prawns which were, chef's kiss. Most if not all of the vegetables he uses come from the family farm and simplicity of his dishes let's the flavor really shine. What made it the most special was that you could see his passion for cooking, he had us try multiple things that weren't on the menu, but just came to him and we were treated with some very nice liquors that he insisted we try. He said he'd eventually like to open another restaurant and we're absolutely rooting for him! Thank you for the fabulous meal and company.

What a place! Foodie heaven in the center of the town. The tapas were excellent, portion size very good and the service extra friendly. The best food we had on our trip in Andalucía. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's our random choice after its high rating. We don't normally queue for food. La Merendera gave us extremely great impressive. We decided to wait for 30 mins. They are super busy but still deliver a warm and welcoming service. They didn't rush their guests to leave despite many customers were waiting for an available table. They serve quality food with reasonable price. Taste is just adequate and almost fine-dining experience. Give them a try if you happen to be in Rhonda. Thou, i hope that you can a table sooner. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
