Lento is such a fantastic spot, and we always have a great experience without fail. The $1 oysters during the week are exceptional, and service is always outstanding. This is one of the best spots in Rochester consistently, and we love their support of local farmers and producers. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $80–90

We like the atmosphere, sort of upscale but casual at the same time. Very nice decor and open space but cozy. The noise level was not overly loud. We are not big eaters and split the vegetarian poutine which was pretty good. We forgot to ask for crisp fries and they were soggy but still tasted good. We split the fish fry, which came with two pretty small pieces but the taste was probably the best we ever had. It came with smashed peas and coleslaw which was interesting and seemed healthy. For two that don't want to overeat and prefer healthy, It was a nice meal. The prices are reasonable compared to newer restaurants that are redonculous. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: limited options, they had a couple salads, ravioli and some fish and they were willing to sub a different fish since the two on the menu did not work for us for cultural reasons. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

I recently dined at Lento Restaurant at 274 N Goodman St, Rochester, NY, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor, clearly made with attention to detail and quality ingredients. Service was friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. Everything arrived timely, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, Lento delivers a consistently high-quality dining experience and is definitely worth a visit.
