I was just in this establishment waiting to place my order about 5 minutes. A lady of their nationality walks in about 10 minutes after me as they were putting my food in the takeout tray. They stopped my order and started taking her food order. I asked nicely if that’s my order. She said no that the lady was already here. Poor customer experience. I visit often buts my last. Service: 1

Atmosphere could use some upgrades but the food is always good. They give you a nice size portion for your money. This place is typically busy during rush hour hours but they get you in and out pretty quickly. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I am VERY happy with this restaurant and I'm so glad that we decided to just give them a try, despite the reviews. Everything was soooo good. I live 20 minutes away and literally drove and waited in line for my food - because it was worth it!! They were extremely busy, and very professional. Friendly service with a smile. The restaurant itself wasn't too packed. There were maybe 2 tables that had people dining in. And there were alot of doordash orders. The prices are very affordable. We plan on trying some more menu items in the future and definitely recommend this restaurant. FYI we got the pollo a la brass, arroz chaufa, black beans, cheesy red skin potatoes and vegetables. Chefs kiss. Try them! You won't regret it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Very friendly staff. Long wait at times but be patient - they are doing their best!
