5/5 Stars – An absolute standout dining experience at Lotus! I recently visited Lotus at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences, and it was hands-down one of the best Asian dining experiences I’ve had in the city. The restaurant beautifully blends Indonesian, Thai, and Japanese flavors in a modern, elegant setting with impeccable service and a sophisticated ambiance that makes every visit feel special. What truly stole the show for me was the spicy tuna roll — it was perfection on a plate! The tuna was incredibly fresh, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and cut with precision. The spicy kick was bold yet perfectly balanced, not overwhelming, with just the right amount of heat, creamy avocado, and a subtle sesame note that tied everything together. The rice was flawlessly seasoned and rolled so tightly that every bite held together beautifully, with that ideal combination of textures: cool, creamy, spicy, and fresh. Huge credit goes to Fatama, who prepared it with such skill and care. You could tell she poured real passion into every roll — it was crafted with the kind of attention to detail that elevates a dish from good to unforgettable. She clearly knows her sushi inside out, and her expertise shone through in the presentation and flavor harmony. The rest of the menu looked amazing too (the sushi selection and handcrafted dishes are top-tier), but that spicy tuna roll alone is worth the visit. If you’re craving authentic, high-quality Japanese-inspired sushi in Riyadh, Lotus is a must-try — and ask for Fatama if you can; she’s a true talent! I had dinner at Lotus Restaurant at the Riyadh Hilton, and it was an excellent experience. The open buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes, all beautifully presented. The service truly stood out—Ghada was exceptionally professional, attentive, and welcoming, delivering genuine 5-star service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium dining experience.
