Every now and then, you come across a restaurant where the people leave a bigger impression than the food and that’s saying something because MOD Pizza is already fantastic. Miya, Tony, and V turned what could’ve been an ordinary meal into an experience worth talking about. Miya has an infectious personality that lights up the entire restaurant. She made everyone feel genuinely welcome, kept a smile on her face the whole time, and had a warmth that’s impossible to fake. Tony worked with incredible confidence and precision, making every pizza look like he truly cared about the final product. You could tell he takes pride in what he does, and his positive attitude rubbed off on everyone around him. V tied everything together with nonstop energy, checking in on guests, helping the team wherever needed, and making sure the entire restaurant ran smoothly. The chemistry between the three of them was amazing they bounced off each other’s energy, kept things fun while staying professional, and created an atmosphere that made you want to stay longer than just to eat. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it’s the kind of team that keeps people coming back. MOD Pizza is lucky to have employees like Miya, Tony, and V, because they don’t just serve pizza they create an unforgettable experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For the first time ever I received a pie that looked not really edible and it just looked like it was just burnt. Nothing like what I normally get. I had waited 20 minutes for it so when it came out I was shocked the quality was like that but I was already hangry but I did look displeased and stated how it looked bad. But I would've still taken it bc I'm short on time. BUT to my surprise the lady insisted recreating my pie and apologized that maybe the oven was set too high that day. Mind you I can see that they were also training too so I didn't want it a big deal mistakes happen. But she insisted on making a brand new one & for that I am appreciative of that! She said once you've voiced your dissatisfaction they have to make a new pie for you regardless. Great service. This is the only MOD that's close to me & im glad they continue to keep the quality just like their standards! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Only here to show admiration and appreciation for the care and patience Ashley and Dani had while making my order. I have a severe food allergy that required them to take additional steps for my safety. They immediately took action with no hesitation or irritation to ensure I can enjoy a quality meal with no hospital visits lol. Super friendly and attentive service from them that definitely deserves to be highlighted! Will come back to this MOD pizza just for their outstanding customer service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
