I was handed a full drink tray in drive through tonight by the manager, which was defective. The tray folded when handed to me and 2 large cokes spilled over me and inside my car. No help or apology from the manager, she walked off and told another staff member to tell me to move to the next window. I had to go in and get napkins. After my 15-20 minute wait for my food the manager tried to give me my food, to which I said she will need to wait 2 secs while i dry myself off. The manager replied with an eye roll. Just to top it off 4 medium chips given (instead of large), Terrible service. 1 star should be 0. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60

Food takes ages. Place is always trash on the ground and toilets are disgusting. Kids went to the playground and there was coke on the slides and rubbish everywhere. I regret every time I choose to come to this McDonalds. Defence is that it seems to be run by a bunch of young kid’s seemingly doing their best but also appear to be under staffed. Choose one of the many other McDonalds in the area. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have never ever left bad feedback for anyone ever but this store and the incompetence has blown my mind! 30 minutes to place an order and get to the first window any other time is wait but tonight I absolutely could NOT! Mangers did not park anyone. All of the cars remained in the same spots, I even turned off my car. I couldn’t even leave, I will never ever step foot in this store again despite it being a stone throw away from home. We have had multiple issues here, have made many complaints via email and even the reply’s are a joke and tonight is the last straw. I feel sorry for all the kids working at this store, incompetent mangers, McDonald’s Botanic Ridge Owners should be absolutely appalled. I have no issues with mistakes, mistakes are how we learn but this store has severe issues with incompetency and this is what has made me so cross tonight. I’ve attended this store to visibly see workers crying or talking about Facebook and the common eye rolls from one particular lass who works Sunday nights when the order is incorrect. There is simply no service!! Perhaps it’s the Uber service that is causing issues because something is seriously wrong at this store. You don’t even deserve one star! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–100
