I popped into Ridge Cafe recently and wanted to share my experience based on a few key things I look for. Location & Vibe: It’s located right in the shopping centre, so it has that lively, bustling vibe rather than a quiet café atmosphere. Convenience: Toilets are conveniently located just a few meters away from the entrance, and there is plenty of parking available nearby. Family Friendly: They are definitely kid-friendly and the service was professional and efficient. Seating & Hours: Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. It’s also very convenient that they are open from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, making it easy to grab a coffee before or after shopping. Food & Drink: The coffee was good on the day I visited. Loyalty Program: Unfortunately, there is no loyalty program here. Overall, a solid spot for a reliable coffee and bite to eat while at the shops, especially if you have the kids in tow. Meal type: Other Price per person: A$1–20 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: N/A Dietary restrictions: N/A

I sat down at the table to be ignored. After 10 or so minutes I asked for a menu . Then after another 10 or so minutes I still was ignored then I asked is anyone going to serve me . The lady says oh you have to order at the cashier ! I said after I waited to get a menu , or before , why would you not tell me when I asked for the menu ! Not a good customer service procedure !!!!! No greeting or a sign saying orders here no nothing just ignorance will never go back !
