This location is a freaking mess. It took them forever to even take the order, they at least warned they didn't have cash... when I arrived at the window I had to wait again... and somewhere between the 1st and 2nd window they lost my order and wanted to serve me a Happy Meal! I had to show them my receipt for them to believe I did NOT order a Happy Meal. When I got the meal the burger and fries were just thrown upside down into the bag, very loveless and sloppy. Of three people in there, most likely only one seemed to be sober, I suspected 2 being somehow intoxicated, I cannot explain why else they would be so completely headless - and slow. Any slower, and they would have been petrified alive. Additionally, that Drive-Thru needs URGENT fixing! The potholes are horrifying! That's a location that won't see me again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I see why the rating is so low for this location. The other east ridge location is definitely the better choice. I placed a curbside order today at 12:03, didn't get my food until 12:33. Pulled around to the drive thru after 20 mins to just ask for it. When I explained what was going on. The guy said "I don't know what to tell you. I guess I can ask the manager or something". Was quiet for like 3 minutes and he finally said someone just came outside with it. Someone finally came out, said the wrong name. Then when I finally get into the bag. Everything is cold and the drink is wrong. Wrong flavor, wrong size and tasted terrible. Mind you, the drink I asked for, I paid like almost a $1 extra for. Fries were supposed to be a large, definitely got a medium in a large container. No fries floating around the bag, genuinely just barely gave me any. I get that it's fast food. But it wasn't even really busy. And I've had far better service at locations that are consistently busy. Didnt go in to soeak to a manager. Since based on the team members I encountereds customer service, my expectations of a manager wasn't high. Definitely contacting corporate, this was a trash experience. Even for a McDonald's. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
