This place is filthy. Every single table in this restaurant is dirty. The floor appears to not have been swept, or mopped, in days as there’s dirt in all corners as well as dried sauce on the floor. There’s also a spilled beverage of some kind, at the table next to me, that has obviously been there for a long while as the outsides of the spill have dried. It’s, quite frankly, disgusting. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

This was one of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had. Half my order was missing, the packaging was poorly done, and my drink was wrong. Being out of beef is one thing, but that doesn’t give anyone an excuse to get the rest of the order wrong. On top of that, the fries were stale and the food tasted like its been sitting for a long time. The overall quality and care were far below expectations, so I won’t be ordering from here again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

Avoid this Taco Bell in general, but especially at any prime time. The past several times I've shown up during lunch hour, the line wraps around the entire building and you have to wait ~25+ minutes. I placed a mobile order on 3/20/26, just to be greeted by the insane line when I showed up. I waited as long as I could, but ultimately had to leave because my lunch break is not long enough to wait in that kind of line. I figured that my order would stay in the system and I could pick up the order I paid for at another time. Nope, I guess mobile orders are deleted WITHOUT REFUND if you don't pick up that day. Not my experience at other chains like Tim Hortons. Anyway, I decided this time that I would brave the line for my order I paid for from the other day. Wrong move. I FINALLY get to the speaker after 20+ minutes, state that I had a mobile order under my name, and was told to pull up. As it turns out though, the workers don't even bother to check whether a mobile order exists before telling you to pull up to the window. So, I get to the window, and they say "We don't have your order". I explain, and they say "Oh no you'll need to pull around and order again". So I get to wait 60+ total minutes for my food and have to pay twice? Nice experience there. This place also frustrates me because they have the automated "Are you checking in with the Taco Bell app to earn rewards?" message that plays through the speaker when you pull up to the window. It sounds SO real, that I assume I'm being spoken to by someone inside. Nope. If you reply to the automated prompt, you get sass here, "Hold up a minute!!" The service here is regularly atrocious. I also have maybe a 30% success rate with getting any of the sauces I ask for. Anyway, would suffice to say I will be very very reluctant to ever try this location again. It's a fast food chain, yet you cannot depend on getting your food quickly here. Ever. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
