There are bed bugs here! My girlfriend is full of bites now! We reported finding a dead bed bug in our bed in the morning and were directly asked if we brought them and if we have bed bugs at home too. This is unacceptable, we have no bed bugs at home AND we explained that we only stayed one night and there were SEVERAL old dried blood spots (see picture!) on the bed, so it couldn't come from us! Nobody excused and nobody cared to come check it out. We received no official confirmation via e-mail from the hotel of our reporting and they denied any infestation. They said apparently nobody else reported this, so it means nothing is wrong... We were just told to send an e-mail to management and got NO refund and no further help! EDIT ADDITION: I have every right to post this here, I am protected by EU consumer laws to do so and I am only showing the truth. There is no defamation, I even have videos of everything! Bed bugs don't leave OLD and RUSTY spots of blood in a 1-night stay! Accusing us of bringing the bedbugs to your hotel is unacceptable and YOU have no right in doing THAT, because that is defamation! Next time try to be understanding towards your guests, find a solution and at least come check out the problem. Service: 2

Monsieur vous avez pas le droit mètres cette photo Sa vient pas chez nous j’ai une société de Luxembourg traitement Les j’ai appelé San venue voir ils ont confirmé sa viens pas chez vous avez ramené avec vous J’ai l’hôtel plein tout les jours Jamais un client avait ça Vous avez demander remboursement San raison alors vous faites ça cest pas sérieux de votre part merci tirez votre commentaire

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I liked the breakfast, there were many options. The sound insulation in the room is non-existent, I went to sleep and could hear how someone is walking in their room next door. The buses go to this place every hour or sometimes every 2 hours from the city centre of Luxembourg so you need to make sure to plan your commute. Service: 5
