Service slow like at an evolutionary scale. Server was focused on a larger party and had us waiting for everything. Food came out piping hot which is why it got any stars at all but flavors were lack luster and didn't match the description at all. Parking absolutely sucks as well. I had the pleasure of dining at Rio Grande Grill and Tap Room in Ruidoso, New Mexico, last night, and it was nothing short of exceptional! This locally owned gem is truly a pillar of the community. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Their craft beer selection, sourced from a fantastic local brewery, is outstanding—there’s something for every taste. The food? Simply phenomenal. The ever-changing specials are creative and delicious; you can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place is a must-visit. Rio Grande Grill and Tap Room is a testament to what makes Ruidoso special. Amazing food, great drinks, and an even better community feel. I’ll definitely be back!
