Shakey’s Paseo de Sta. Rosa delivers that familiar comfort we all know and love! You’ll find the same classic menu available across every branch. During our visit, the bright and welcoming ambience made it super kid-friendly, and the restrooms were clean with all the basic amenities. The crew was responsive enough, though getting our receipt took a bit. Still a solid, reliable spot for a good meal! Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Good day, I would like to share my experience during our recent visit at Shakey’s Paseo Sta. Rosa Branch. First, I would like to commend the team for immediately acknowledging us upon arrival. That kind of hospitality is highly appreciated and creates a positive first impression for guests. However, I noticed several concerns during the ordering process that may need improvement. The staff handling our order seemed not fully knowledgeable regarding the “86” or out-of-stock items. As someone working in the same industry, I believe it is very important for the service team to be updated on item availability before taking orders so they can properly manage guest expectations. Upon completing our order, we were informed that the Truffle Mushroom Chicken Royale was unavailable. I then changed my order to Chicken Parmigiana, but that was also unavailable. The staff later suggested the Garlic Butter Shrimp and Scallops, but after some time, it turned out that this item was also not available. Unfortunately, we were only informed after I had to call the staff again for a follow-up. Situations like this can affect the overall dining experience, especially when guests repeatedly need to change their orders due to unavailable items. It would be more efficient if the team could first verify item availability before recommending or confirming orders to guests. I hope this feedback helps the branch improve communication and product knowledge among the team, as these are very important in delivering a smooth and professional guest experience. Thank you.
