We ordered 2 vegetarian 6 inch with 12 cookies, the food that we received was horrendous, my wife didn't get half of her fillings and her sandwich had ingredients she did not want, both were squashed, we did not have them toasted as requested and the meager fillings we did have were not fresh in the slightest, the cookies were also bitterly disappointing, this has been an extremely disappointing experience, my wife didn't eat as she was so upset by the state of the food.

We ordered 4 footlong sandwiches and every single one was poor, consistently bad across the board. This wasn’t just a minor issue; the entire order was handled with a clear lack of care and attention. None were toasted as requested. Some parts were undercooked and soggy, while others were dry and overdone, particularly the hash browns, and everything lacked flavour. Given the current higher energy costs, it almost felt like the toaster was being avoided altogether. To make matters worse, the drinks were served at room temperature, not even slightly cold, which is the bare minimum you’d expect. Its almost like properly refrigerated drinks are reserved for instore customers. The Bombay sub is meant to be chicken tikka, but what we received looked like plain roast chicken, no flavour at all. It was completely wrong and shows a serious lack of quality control. The number of mistakes in one order is honestly unbelievable. None of the footlongs had been cut in half either, which further shows how little attention was given. The overall presentation and accuracy of the order was well below an acceptable standard. You pay a premium expecting at least basic quality, but this felt rushed, careless, and not fit for purpose. It ended up being a complete waste of money. With prices increasing, you expect basic standards to be met. Unfortunately, this visit completely missed the mark, and based on this experience, I would not return to this store. Update: The store has responded claiming this order is not theirs and suggesting it relates to a different location. This is incorrect. Attached is the receipt confirming the order was placed with this exact store (480 Stafford Road, WV10 6AN), including the order time and contact details. This just shows a continued lack of accountability. Instead of addressing the issues raised, there is an attempt to deflect responsibility away from clearly evidenced poor service. If the order genuinely cannot be found on their system, that in itself raises concerns about their record-keeping and overall standards. The concerns raised about the quality of food, preparation, and overall service remain valid and are directly tied to this store. I stand by my original review and expect accountability rather than blame being shifted elsewhere. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1

Hi Harpreet, I think you’ve got the wrong store, we don’t have any orders in our record for your name or the sandwiches you’ve mentioned. I’m really sorry for the bad experience you’ve experienced, however I believe it’s a different store.
