This place legitimately needs to be shut down three days in a row I've tried to go get grilled chicken. It don't matter what time of the day you come they aren't going to have it. Whoever's running this place really needs to figure it out that's just pure laziness. Funny you guys advertise you're going to have chicken from the minute you open till 10:00 p.m. but at 2:00 in the afternoon it's still the same old story. I legitimately won't even come here again third time to charm and I will recommend to everybody I know to not come here. Absolutely the laziest staff I have ever seen Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Brown disgusting corn tortillas! I was happy to see the new management as before they went downhill. It was good until I started getting the worst tortillas I’ve ever had in my life. The corn tortillas were so dry and so brown, it made my entire plate ruined. Luckily my husband got some flour tortillas and I was able to use those. If I could, I would’ve cooked my own corn tortillas which defeats the whole purpose for dining out. How on earth do they serve this and think it’s okay? It’s obvious they’re not clean and they’re using old oil. They also started watering down the salsa at the salsa bar. Just plain gross. Back to no more taco cabana! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The manager who was training the new girl was rude to my wife who asked for bread for her menudo. She got tortillas instead. The new girl looked scared. They offered Alcohol but no one could serve it, even the manager. The Salsa bar had no spoons in it, so I had to scoop it up with small containers. We felt rushed and when I went back for some onions the Salsa bar was WRAPPED UP. There were no customers dining in so that was a red flag. It seemed like every employee just wanted to go home. There is ALOT of room for IMPROVEMENT for this place by inviting customers in, instead of scaring them away. And offering alcohol to be served with extended business hours ALL THE WAY to midnight. Such a shame that the night manager cant PERFORM that ACTION. NO STARS for this outrage
