My first visit to Desi Tadka Indian Kitchen was absolutely worth it, and it has officially become our new go-to spot for Indian food! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The bartender took the time to custom-make a drink for me based on what I like, and he nailed it on the very first try. You could tell he paid attention to the details, and it made the experience feel personalized. Our waiter and bartender both checked on us throughout the meal without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible. We ordered several different dishes so we could try a variety of flavors, and honestly, everything was delicious. The tandoori chicken wings were absolutely fire—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and easily one of the best we’ve had. The fish curry was another standout with amazing flavor, and the cheese garlic naan was phenomenal, loaded with creamy melted cheese and fresh garlic. The only small critique we had was the palak paneer. It was good, but we felt it could have used a little more seasoning to really make the flavors pop. Even with that, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We give Desi Tadka Indian Kitchen a solid 9/10. This was our first time dining here, but it definitely won’t be our last. We would gladly travel however far we need to just to eat here again because this has officially become our Indian spot. If you’re looking for amazing food, outstanding service, and a restaurant that makes you feel genuinely welcomed, Desi Tadka is a must-try! Hospitality and service was amazing and spot on. Next is food and everything was delicious right dell guava drink, chat platter (good portion), paneer lababdaar and muglai chicken. Finger licking taste of the dishes and garlic naan was too good. Now comes the wonderful dessert. Recommendation was gulab jamun crème and the dessert chef Andrew presented himself and took the first hand feedback. Amazing, wonderful and super are the words coming right through our mind and writing this feedback from the table itself. Will surely come here every time we visit from Charlotte. Nice restaurant with pleasant ambience. Starters and cocktails were tasteful. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Curries could be better, not up to the mark. Desserts were yummy, particularly Jamun e Jannat. One more observation that you need to ask for service spoons every time. Overall nice experience
