Hi Lynette, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.We respectfully disagree with several of your conclusions. Our pasta is made fresh in-house, and our dishes are prepared to order they are not reheated. The timing of your meal reflects the efficiency of our kitchen that evening, not a lack of freshness. Our Chicken Marsala is intentionally prepared with the bone, a style that many guests enjoy for the added flavor it provides and its not like every other restaurants Chicken Marsala. Likewise, our Bolognese is made following our own authentic recipe, which has been a guest favorite for many years. While we understand that personal tastes vary, describing it as "slop" does not reflect the quality of the ingredients or the care that goes into its preparation. We're sorry that our style of Italian cooking was not to your liking, and we appreciate you giving us a try.
