The place was extremely packed. Ran out of sweet potatoes & regular by 7 PM. The manager agreed to take $5. Off of the total bill for two. We had a 5 ounce piece of salmon & a salad. Food was very good & so was the service. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped at Texas Roadhouse in Ruston while traveling through Louisiana and had a great experience. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. My steak was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. One thing that really stood out was how quiet the restaurant was compared to other Texas Roadhouse locations we’ve visited. We were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed being able to have a conversation without all the usual noise. Great food, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d definitely stop here again when passing through the area! Did I mention how great our server was! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I've been here 3times since this place opened. I really wanted to like it being a steakhouse that's here in town, but each time I've been here it's been a bad experience. First the kids walking around don't know anything about customer service and that's fine they're new in the world, but the disrespect and rudeness is outrageous. If walking someone to their seat is too much find another job honestly. My husband had to SWEEP around our dirty table that the hostest tried to sit us at that I had to wipe down. When we pointed out that is gross instead of seating us at clean table she wanted to walk us around the restaurant and lie and say their was a wait list when there wasnt even that many people there was crazy. When we asked the other hostest she told us it was a lie too. The first girl had the audacity to then get smart with my husband when he asked was she lying and her coworker said yes. The food all 3 times was not cooked correctly as in I had raw veggies on my plate overcooked steak and no sauce on my potato. That sort of thing. Idk I left this state awhile and went and saw normal stuff I come back here and everyone is lazy guess I shouldn't have expected the steakhouse to be any better and claim they are out of half of everything on the menu. Chili's will be getting my business from here on out unless they hire different people Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
