Fish and chips were served hot and crispy. The place was actually closed on Sunday but you could still order through the front desk. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Apr 7 around 9-10pm I ordered the beer of the month, when there was two choices. The staff randomly chose any beer out of two, without asking me which one I wanted to have or mentioning which beer he was checking out, and charged me for the wrong one. When I found out that what he was giving me was not what I meant, he just told me to have it, not giving any alternate options, saying “it is still a good beer.” He should’ve confirmed which one I meant when I mentioned ‘the beer of the month.’ And also, I think it’s a gentle courtesy for any restaurant and bar to offer the right choice when there was miscommunication in ordering. When I asked him to refund the first payment and to charge me for the right choice, which was 2-3 dollars cheaper, he just said it’s not possible. This experience was so disappointing for me and I can see what kind of place it is simply by watching how the staff treated the guests. I will never visit here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Staff are friendly and helpful, readily assisting with menu choices and ensuring a smooth experience. Food quality is good; the dishes we ordered were tasty and were served in a reasonable timeframe. Overall, it offers a dependable option for food and drinks, particularly for those attending events nearby. Recommended for its convenience, service, and food quality.
