We waited nearly an hour for a single order of shrimp aglio olio. When we checked on the status, the staff excused the delay by explaining that peeling the shrimp manually takes time, and asked us to wait another 10 minutes. As a pregnant customer who was incredibly hungry, I waited patiently. Unfortunately, when the food finally arrived, the pasta was severely undercooked and completely hard. It makes no sense how a dish can take an hour to prepare and still come out raw. To make matters worse, the staff's service was completely passive. Instead of proactively offering a solution (like a replacement or a refund), they just ask me one more time how was it, expecting me to figure it out what they should do next. Because I was starving, I couldn't wait any longer; I just ate the shrimp and a few bites of the pasta. I told them what can I do? I’m so hungry!!! At ₱480, this was absolutely not worth it. I will never return. VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We just bought 8pcs of raisin bonnet this afternoon, and now when we got home, the bread is hard, which hindi naman ganito katigas ung nabibili namin from the french baker alabang town center and festival mall branch. It looks like hindi freshly made. We are disappointed.
