This venue is absolutely amazing. I went there on a Sunday evening for a Latin music/dance event. The ambient for bar and dance floor is spacious, clean and has a modern pleasant look. The acustic is great and the dance floor is appropriate for the purpose. The people who work there were amazing. I thought I lost my jacket there, which I didn't. I called the venue and got Syed's cell number. He took great care of my request personally and was exceptionally dedicated, going above and beyond solving my problem promptly. I was extremely impressed by Syed's hospitality and how fast and dedicated he was. We need responsible people who care about their clients like he did. Thank you! They also have an amazing Art Gallery. The main entrance for the building is beautiful. I am definitely coming back to see the other amenities and to enjoy another latin night. I recommend this place 100%.

We had a wonderful experience at The Matrix Club in Naperville thanks to our waitress, Nancy. We were there before our daughter’s dance showcase and she took such great care of us from start to finish. She was attentive without ever feeling overbearing, checked in at all the right moments and made sure we had everything we needed so we could relax and enjoy the evening. Her presence was genuinely enjoyable, friendly, professional and thoughtful. Thank you, Nancy, for helping make a special night even better. Highly recommend!
