The front staff member taking orders at the drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. Visited on Aug 28 around 9 AM. Customer service was disappointing, and the interaction made for a really unpleasant experience. I hope management addresses this because being respectful to customers should be the bare minimum. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location I have visited. I ordered an XL Triple Triple through the drive-thru. The coffee I received was clearly not a Triple Triple. After one sip, it was obvious that it tasted more like a Double Double or even less. I have been drinking Tim Hortons coffee daily for the past two years, so I know exactly how a Triple Triple should taste. I returned to the drive-thru and informed the employee that the coffee was made incorrectly. Instead of acknowledging the issue or trying to resolve it professionally, she argued with me and insisted that the coffee was a Triple Triple. She then handed me another cup, claiming it had been remade correctly. Unfortunately, the second coffee tasted exactly the same and was still not a Triple Triple. What was most disappointing was not the mistake itself, but the poor customer service and unwillingness to listen to a customer concern. Everyone can make an error, but arguing with customers instead of correcting the issue is unacceptable. I was in a rush and could not continue going back and forth, so I left. However, I will not be returning to this location. Customers pay for a product and expect to receive what they ordered. If Tim Hortons wants to retain loyal customers, this location needs to improve both its quality control and customer service. Price per person: CAD 1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
