Nakib is the best manager ever. I called in for scrambled egg box to have it ready for me. He made sure the order is ready. Excellent food. And great leadership given by nakib. Nakib is a great asset to this company. Great job Nakib. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. I frequently order online, and my orders are often incorrect. I also feel that the staff needs more training. Today, I ordered a Strawberry Watermelon Poppin’ Frozen Quencher, but an employee asked me to change my order because the machine was not turned on and it would take more than 12 minutes to prepare. If an item is available on the physical and online menu, the staff should be prepared to make it. Tim Hortons needs better staff training and preparation to properly handle both in-store and online orders.
