1/5 This location has been consistently disappointing. My drinks have been made incorrectly multiple times, ordering is often frustrating because staff do not seem to understand what I’m asking for, and some employees come across as dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve also been incorrectly charged for items in the past. On several occasions, employees have spoken among themselves in another language while dealing with me, and the way they were acting made me feel like I was being talked about or mocked. What really pushed me to leave this review was what I witnessed recently as I was walking outside of the store. A man who appeared to be the owner or a manager was yelling at several people who had parked in the lot while attending Friday prayer at the nearby mosque. He was telling them that the parking lot was for Tim Hortons customers only. I completely understand that. It is private property, and the business has every right to enforce its parking rules. The problem was his behaviour. He was unnecessarily aggressive, disrespectful, and rude to people. It was bad enough that a parking enforcement officer standing nearby appeared to be telling him to calm down. There is a proper way to speak to people. You can tell someone they cannot park on your property without yelling at them, embarrassing them, or talking down to them. What bothered me even more was the way he brought up the fact that these people were going to pray, almost as if that somehow made their actions more hypocritical. Nobody is perfect, and attending a mosque does not mean someone claims to be perfect. Being upset about parking does not give anyone the right to act morally superior or disrespect an entire group of people. Between the repeated poor service, incorrect orders and charges, dismissive employees, and now seeing this kind of behaviour from someone who appeared to be in management, it says a lot about how this location is being run. I will be avoiding this Tim Hortons going forward. Respect and basic customer service should not be this difficult. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Listing says it's 24/7 but the staff gestured me from inside that its closed, around 1am
