Worst experience I’ve had at a Zaxbys or any restaurant period.. Was told it would be a little bit of a wait because they were backed up and cooking everything fresh understandable. Waited about 20- 30 minutes in the pull ahead lane, finally got my food, I’d waited so long I forgot i even ordered a drink, by that time I was already up the road about 10 minutes so it wasn’t even worth turning around to go back and get it and wait again. Food was ice cold 10 minutes after ordering it “fresh” and the wings didn’t have any seasoning on them period. No ranch, no utensils and no drink. One food box was upside down and the other sideways, the shrimp po’boy was a wreck from being upside down. Took 2 bites of it and it was terrible. Threw it all away. A waste of nearly $30 and 30 minutes of time. For a cold sandwich that was in shambles, 5 flavorless/ rubbery chicken wings and no drink that’s unacceptable. Won’t be back to this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The store was filthy, no soap in the bathroom so you know the employees aren’t washing their hands before going back into the kitchen to cook food. There was an active ceiling leak and water was pooled on the floor. After I finished my meal, I went to the bathroom, but slipped and fell before getting to the door. Both wrists and right ankle are very swollen. I yelled at the staff to clean up the water before someone gets seriously injured and they looked at me like I was crazy! Management needs to step up and get this store in order. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Fries were way too over seasoned. They were red from the seasoning. Sandwich was doused in ranch. Seemed to be a lack in communication between the staff as well. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
