We are regular customers while wintering in Florida so we de sector try the Winchester location a try. The employees were friendly. Restaurant was clean and the food was good. The only comment I have is the salad I ordered as put together backwards meaning the lettuce was all you saw, carrrits and other items were under the lettuce. It still tasted great just looked less appealing. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped at this location during a Saturday road trip and were immediately impressed by how clean everything was. The dining area was spotless, and even the restrooms were exceptionally well maintained. The staff stood out as well—friendly, attentive, and quick to answer any questions, which isn’t always the case at similar establishments. I ordered my usual “Great 8” wing deal—eight boneless wings, Texas toast, fries, and a drink (a bit of a hidden gem not listed on the menu). The wings were excellent: juicy, flavorful, and generously coated in sauce. My husband chose the Kickin’ Chicken and thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well. Everything was prepared fresh and served promptly, which made the experience even better. The sweet tea tasted freshly brewed and was a perfect complement to the meal. Overall, this location exceeded expectations with its cleanliness, welcoming service, and high-quality, freshly prepared food. I would highly recommend stopping here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: I believe they offer salads!

This was my 1st time eating at Zaxby's. Hubby and I ate inside. It looks like a cool bar and grill inside with TVs showing sports on the walls. It was clean (floors, tables, drink areas, entry and parking lot). The food was really good (fried food), well seasoned, freshly cooked, good dessert options, great portions. I was surprised by all of it. I honestly had low expectations. This will now be our alternative to Chick Fil A (I know...strong statement...but true!) Also great manager (I believe he assisted us with an issue). Great spot! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
