I’ve been here twice now, first time the service was regular, the cashier was a little bit on the rude side but the coffee was pretty good. Today was my second time, I wanted to give it a second chance because my first time I wasn’t treated great. This second time I had better service at the beginning but I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and 30minutes had passed. When I went to ask they had totally forgotten my order and didn’t even apologize for it. Food was good at least but it doesn’t cost much to be cordial and be nice about it since it was your mistake. I didn’t say anything but the service is pretty bad. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

We tried to go for lunch ahead of the Half Ironman athlete briefing it says online that they have great breakfast burritos - and vegetarian options. When we arrived we walked into a madhouse - some local church camp 50 kids drinking sugar, but no one eating. We waited patiently - got to the front of the line, ordered coffee & breakfast burritos - but manager said “no food” - said they were too busy - but all the kids cleared out. We asked nicely - they said no - no food - we have no idea why - IT WAS LUNCH TIME! My impression of this town (so far) is that there’s no food and what food does exist is fried SKIP THIS PLACE! Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Zocca Coffee & Tea has the best customer service, offerings and prices hands down in Ruidoso! This is the only place I would recommend stopping for coffee and food on the way to or from Ski Apache or while just hanging around town. Their customer service makes this a must for stopping in. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
