Obviously it's a no-brainer. This is the best chicken in the world. So crispy and juicy and delicious period beyond that, I have never run into an employee, especially at this location that isn't incredibly enthusiastic and kind and wonderful to be served with. They clearly are passionate about their work and it shows in the food and the experience and environment period the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. And the employees do everything they can to make sure that they build your meal for your family, the way you need and like it period Arthur went above and beyond to do just this and made sure that my very picky family had everything they need without breaking the bank, finding me the best deals and combos that made the most sense period my only complaints is that my bank card isn't able to tip on the machine. I wish that would get fixed because These people deserve it, there's so many angry people out in the world.And these people always welcome you with a smile and are happy to be here.I hope that is a testament to help other taking care of as employees. Happy at the Bay Teriyaki is a hidden gem and easily one of my top three teriyaki spots in the Greater Seattle area. The ingredients are high quality and the flavor is outstanding. My go-to order is the chicken and beef combo (no salad, all rice). The beef is real steak and always cooked perfectly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
